[Fractint] Fractint for windows works once and leaves stale processes around.

There was a time when it would start reliably. I do not know what changed. Oh...maybe I do. I changed the sstools.ini file for running it with my parameter files. Maybe it would be better if I adapted parameter files to run with default sstools.ini file settings, anyway; formulafile="..\pars\prand.par" I managed to discover that I am using patchlevel eight. I think that's beta five. I am not sure why versions and dates are not identical. There could be initials for the sourceror.
