[Fractint] Lee Skinner par file

I've downloaded the file LHS_MF01.PAR . After renaming it to LHS_MF01.par and using @ then F6 , within xfractint , I'm able to load the file and generate the image ; as seen at his website. I see the parameters , however the formula isn't obvious , there's reference made to fractint.frm , however I don't find the formula there.
