indicates that you have made an incorrect assumption about how ZoneAlarm works. ZoneAlarm does *not* use a threat list. It disallows *all* programs access to the internet unless you tell ZoneAlarm it is OK for a particular program to do so. You build this list of programs that are allowed to access the internet *once* (in a very convenient way -- by inserting a check in a box when it first tries to access the internet) and add to the list only when you install a new program on your machine.
