Let's move this off-topic subject to the philofractal list. Studies have indicated that there *might* be a problem with the microwave radiation from 217 pps cell phones. The article that caused me to raise the topic advises that we keep hand-held cell-phone use to a minimum. The article appears on page 115 of the Feb. 22, 2003 issue of 'Science News' magazine.

I assume you are referring to the high-energy radiation used in radiation therapy. Jim M.
