[Fractint] FOTD 11-09-10 (Deep in the Shadows [6])

Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts:

Today's unusually somber FOTD lies in a valley of the shapeless 
parent fractal that results when the expression Z^(1.8)+C is 
iterated 21 steps up the complex logarithmic hyperladder.

The banded effect was achieved by rendering the scene with the 
outside set to 'tdis'.  The name "Deep in the Shadows" refers to 
the shadowy effect of the entire image.

The calculation time of 4-1/4 minutes is a bit slow, so I 
suggest visiting the FOTD web site at:

Clouds and a pleasantly cool temperature of 70F 21C prevailed 
here at Fractal Central on Friday.  The fractal cats slept 
through most of it.

My day was uneventful; FL was a bit agitated about current 
events, but I did not get involved.  The next FOTD will be
