John: Welcome to the frustration group. Similar problems are very familiar in my line of work. If you can work out ways to speedily solve such unexpected and frustrating problems, you might find yourself half-way to becoming a graphic designer like I am. It's this kind of stuff that keeps putting me behind. Jim M.
