Most ISPs provide web space, methinks. They do not always tell you how to use it. If you are not up to learning _proper_ HTML, then M$ Word will do it, and hundreds of "what you see is what you get" editors probably exist. If your space is anything like mine, then you will want an entry in "My Network Places" for convenience, otherwise you will want to type something like ftp://brewhaha @ecn.ab.ca/ to get into your space (probably...access methods vary, and a protocol for HTTP upload is, although I would not recommend it).
