I am willing to make time and assist in generating as many of the images as I possibly can using the current 20.4.04 version of DOS FractInt. Just not sure what should be agreed upon as the size and types to "generate a suite of baseline images".
I would start by using only default parameter values, default video mode (320x200x256? I can't remember) and one image per fractal type. That's still a big pile of images though because of the large number of fractal types. Also 320x200 is probably too small to be of reasonable use, so we should use 640x480 or some such. -- "The Direct3D Graphics Pipeline" -- DirectX 9 draft available for download <http://www.xmission.com/~legalize/book/download/index.html> Legalize Adulthood! <http://blogs.xmission.com/legalize/>
