Charlie,
the machine (at work) runs MsWin2K and those steps are: 1) run WinFract (default Mandelbrot renders) 2) <t> choose l-system type 3) <F6> choose snoopy.l (http://fractint.oblivion.cz./snoopy.l) 4) pick "!.FractInt" entry 5) set order to 4 <Enter> 6) while it computes pick any menu item 7) -> crash
This looks like a memory/stack problem. The l-system type is recursive and appears to be running out of memory. If you don't select a menu item (let the image complete), you'll see that you still get the error and that the image is not finished. Once we switch to a 32-bit environment this problem should go away. I'll keep it in mind. Jonathan
