The restore image <r> command doesn't show any sub-directories or .gif files in the default directory, even though some were saved there. Also the Speed key string to specify a different directory doesn't change directories.
This is all really great feedback, Lee! I appreciate it! I will warn you that now that the holidays are over, I'll be going back to putting time in on my book, so the progress may be slower now. However, I will try to keep putting in time on fractint as long as the weather is cold and miserable.
