(at the time of this writing, over 3,000 spam messages each day),
I have installed software that screens my incoming mail and only
accepts mail from real people. Your address isn't currently

is being temporarily held.
To confirm you really sent the message, to deliver it to my
mailbox, and to put your address on a list of approved senders
(so that you never see this confirmation request again), please
send an empty message to the following address, or just reply to
this message:

You will need to do this within seven days, or your message will
be automatically deleted from the queue.
Please understand this is nothing personal; I want to hear from
you, but it's getting harder to find the important messages in
my inbox with all the junk crowding it out. If this works out,
you'll only ever have to do this once, until your e-mail address
changes. If you're replying to these confirmation requests and
your mail still isn't getting through, please use the feedback
form on my web site.

P.S. If you sent your message as "HTML", please re-send it in
plain text. HTML mail is all too often used by junk mailers and
by viruses; it's just not safe to read. If you send me HTML mail,
I will eventually read it when I can open it safely, but it may
take me (much) longer to get to it.
P.P.S. If you're a spammer who actually reads bounce messages,
don't bother confirming. Your message is not welcome, I do not
want your product, your service, or your web site. Remove me
from your list. Do not pretend that I have opted in; I never do.
No legitimate business operates through spam. By using spam, you
are confirming that you are disreputable, sleazy, the very dregs
of the internet population.
