ForImmediate Release Contact: City Art Director Joel Long: joeltlong@yahoo.com City ArtPresents Poet Dave Nielsen with Jeffery Berke Salt Lake Public Library Main Branch 210 East 400 South Salt Lake City UT 84111 Wednesday November 9th, 7:00—9:00 P.M.               Poet Dave Nielsen  and Jeffery Berke will read and perform from their work on Wednesday, November9th at the Salt Lake City Public Library at 7:00 P.M. as part of the City ArtReading Series.  Dave Nielsen’s manuscript, Unfinished Figures, recently won the Blue LynxPrize and was published in September.  His poems have appeared in Ploughshares,The Southern Review, North American Review, The Cortland Review, Parnassus,Cutbank, and elsewhere.  He holds a PhD from the University ofCincinnati and has taught at several colleges and universities, includingXavier University, Northern Kentucky University, and University of Cincinnati.He lives in Salt Lake City.   Jeffery Berke is a longtime friend of CityArt.  His performances at events aroundthe city have entertained and moved audiences for over 15 years.    Most featuredreadings are followed by an open reading.
