City Art celebrates the new Utah literary journal, Sugar House Review with a reading from the 1st edition, Wednesday, January 6 at the Salt Lake City Public Library’s Main Branch. The reading will feature the following writers: Joanna Straughn Rob Carney Brock Dethier Shari Zollinger Michael McLane Star Coulbrooke . Sugar House Reviewis an independent, semiannual poetry journal based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. The first issue is printed, perfect bound and ready to live at your house. It includes previously unpublished poems by Paul Muldoon, Jerome Rothenberg, Rane Arroyo, Natasha Sajé, Teresa Cader, and Utah's former and late Poet Laureate Ken Brewer, among other talented poets. The event is free and open to the public. City Art is sponsored by the Utah Arts Council, the Salt Lake City Arts Council, Zoo, Arts, and Parks, X-mission, and audience donations. The featured reading will be followed by an open reading.
