            Writers Michael Mclane and Tim Erickson will read from their work, December 7th at the Salt Lake City Public Library at 6:30 P.M. as part of the City Art Reading Series. 

 

Michael McLane's work has appeared in numerous journals, including Dark Mountain, Colorado Review and Western Humanities Review, and in Torrey House Press’ “Blossom as the Cliffrose: Mormon Legacies and the Beckoning Wild.” He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Wellington, New Zealand.

 

Tim Erickson is the author of Egopolis (Otis Books | Seismicity Editions). HIs work has most recently appeared in Chicago Review, Molly Bloom, Western Humanities Review, Mudfish, and elsewhere. He lives and works in Salt Lake City.

 

Most featured readings are followed by an open reading. City Art is sponsored by the Utah Arts Council, the Salt Lake City Arts Council, Catalyst, the Salt Lake City Public Library, Xmission, and the Zoo, Arts, and Park Fund.
