Anna, We are also on Horizon 7.3.3 and have been dealing with authority files for a long time-since 1990 when the company was part of Blackwell North America and we were on classic Dynix. We have them segmented into name, subject and series. (Also Children's subjects as well as the GSAFD genre headings). Generally we also keep the files limited to 10,000 records or less. We are a small health science college on Horizon 7.3.3. We have only 14,076 bibs and 57,735 authority records. I can't figure out if we should request our authority files be returned segmented into name, subject, series and title. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.
