I would look at how the records needed to be loaded into my
file. If I have separate authority files for name, subject and series, than I
would want the files separated to make loading easier. f I have one file I
would not separate the files.

Hello,
We
are just starting the authority cleanup process. We are a small health science
college on Horizon 7.3.3. We have only 14,076 bibs and
57,735 authority records. I can’t figure out if we should request our
authority files be returned segmented into name,subject, series and title. Can
anyone help me with this?
