Hello all,

Martha, I am glad you asked about the user meeting in Colorado this winter.  Backstage Library Works is planning on having a user meeting/breakfast.  It will be an RSVP.  You should see the invitations the first or second week of December.  If for whatever reason you do not see an invitation by the end of the second week of December please email me and let me know that you are coming. We have not set a time in the morning yet and I would appreciate your input.  In the past we have gone with 7:30 AM giving everyone plenty of time to get to any 9 AM meetings and we have gone to 8 AM with the understanding that if you needed to leave early you could.  Let me know what works best for you, you being all who are interested in coming that is.  Also, I am interested in hearing about any topics you would like us to cover.  I have not planned an agenda for the meeting yet and would like to include issues you are interested in.

Saturday Morning, January 24

Hard Rock Café

500 16th Street

(Three blocks from the Colorado Convention Center)

Invitations will be sent and an RSVP web page will be set up in early December.

Subject: [BSLWAC] Backstage users' meeting at ALA

Does Backstage plan to hald a users' meeting at ALA midwinter in

Denver?  If so, will it be on Saturday morning, as it has been in the

past?  I'm trying to get started with planning my time there.

Thanks in advance,
