Hi Nate,
UC Santa Cruz is interested in finding out more about adding URIs to bibliographic and authority records. I'm not finding any information on the BLW website about this service. Can you help? Or is there someone to refer me to?
Thanks,
Marcia

As we all journey down the path to a linked data environment, we may find that there are interim steps that can still be taken to help us prepare for that transition.
Some of those steps could include adding authority identifiers or URIs onto the ends of matched access points. With this in mind, we have two options to offer you:
* Add identifiers or URIs in $0 on access points in bibliographic records
* Add identifiers or URIs (or both) in specific fields in authority records
There is no extra cost to add a single $0 onto the ends of your bibliographic record's access points, for any ongoing processing that we perform on your behalf. However, this excludes adding VIAF or ISNI URIs as there would be an extra cost to add those.
There is extra cost to add identifiers or URIs into your authority records, especially because we can add corresponding matching VIAF and ISNI URIs to those authorities. This can be especially useful if you would prefer to have multiple URIs associated with a particular heading.
Both of these options can also be applied retrospectively if you desire. We are happy to run some samples with your data so that you can get a sense of how things might behave in your system when you load those records back in.
