In 2014, we saw a total of 44 individual clients send us in their full catalogs for RDA enrichment processing. Those clients brought in a combined total of over 46 million records which were sent through our system; our smallest library had around 27,000 records and our largest had over 6.1 million records.
With each client, we always sought to customize the profile as much as possible for what they wanted to see happen with their records. Many of our clients even helped shape the options either by enhancing them or working with us to add new options, which everyone could partake of as desired.
The 2014 free RDA enrichment service has come to a close. However, we would like to offer a significant discount for clients that may have missed the opportunity, but are still interested in the RDA enrichment or full back file re-processing.
The discount is priced at $0.01 per record processed.
We're including some of the same qualifications from last year:
* Clients must have already completed a Remaster or Basefile processing with Backstage
* Clients must be current, meaning Notification services were applied during the preceding year
* Clients must start their processing by December 31, 2015 in order to still qualify for this price
