can't get marcout to run

Greetings I have everything all set up to run marcout on a table populated with our bib sample, but marcout will not run. We are on Horizon 7.3.3. I do have Horizon turned off on the workstation. Marcout is in the Horizon73 folder. The table is visible in SQLAdvantage in db test. This is the command I am entering at the command prompt: Marcout /ssybase-server /pxxxx /uabarnard /dtest /mC:\backstagesample1 /xnone /b1 /e0 /Q999a /Ttemp_backstage_basefile /Y The error I get is "Couldn't access the resource or find the error string. segmenting authority files for Horizon

Hello, We are just starting the authority cleanup process. We are a small health science college on Horizon 7.3.3. We have only 14,076 bibs and 57,735 authority records. I can't figure out if we should request our authority files be returned segmented into name,subject, series and title. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you. Questionnaire on enhancements referred to in July 2008 Newsletter

Folks: I never received the abovementioned questionnaire. The chief concern we have at The University of Western Ontario is the death date fix, currently an extra cost item, but being considered as an enhancement. We would strongly urge Backstage to make the death date fix an enhancement as soon as possible. Other vendors who offer authority control have done so.
