If you were unable to visit the Palace of Varietyduring its last run, you must experience this urban treasure this time. It is a 70 seat theater, equipped to handle aerial performances.The lobby of the theater is an intimate museum devoted to the history of Times Square and the illegitimate theater of NYC.We are currently seeking acts and shows to participate in this year's season. The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus will present anumber of weekly variety shows at the Palace of Variety. Acts may send press kits, videos, etc. to BFC, PO Box 1917, NYC 10009.The Palace of Variety is able to provide a financially accessible venue for productions. We tend to support the variety arts--circus, sideshow, vaudeville, clowns, buffoons, burlesque, skit comedy, political satire,etc.--though have been know to bring in "straight" Theater.
