Hosted by Ringmistress Philomena, the May 30 Cirkus Cabaret features * Kinko the Clown (2012 Presidential Candiate) presents his stumbling antics and dancing diabolo display * Mistress B, the towering “First Lady of Latex” has manipulated rubber far and wide. She is sure to amaze with her twisting skills. * Hilary Chaplain, recognized as one of America’s foremost professional physical comediennes, offers something for the more cultured folks. * Magic Brian presents his unique, humorous, and sometimes outrageous twist magic that promises to make people smile... and maybe even soil themselves! * Ryder Cooley, Columbia County based aerial artist, performs from the heights of the Big Top. * Ngonda Badila offers gorgeous music and movement * Philomena plans to bring one unsuspecting audience member to the stage for bull whip demonstration. * Mr. Pennygaff promises to swallow up to 24 inches, of solid steel The evening opens with a special performance by Hudson’s legendary Musty Chifon. Bindlestiff Family Variety Arts, Inc. is producing this three-day event featuring a grand gathering on Governors Island on September 4. The festival features unicycle races and games, trials demonstrations, public shows, a long-distance ride, and the largest group of one-wheeled enthusiasts ever to gather in the five boroughs. 2010 will be the first year of a festival that is intended to become an annual tradition for the Big Apple.
