Aerialist Wanted: The
Bindlestiff Family Cirkus seeks an experienced, professional aerial
artist
for upcoming "High Heels & Red Noses" tour. Leaving NYC early
September and returning end of October.
Duration: 8 weeks, Midwest, northwest,
southwest Sept. 4 - Oct. 29, 2003.
Compensation: Weekly salary
plus housing and 2 meals per day.
Rehearsal: Mandatory
mid-August, unpaid. Free housing and two meals per
day offered if you are
from out of town
Duties: two aerial acts or aerial and
ground act plus participation in
ensemble numbers- two "song and
dance" production numbers (costuming
provided). You will be
responsible for your own rigging nightly plus light set-up
chores.
Some administrative work (i.e. stuffing envelopes in the van) may also be
required.
