Bindlestiff Family Cirkus will be presenting two shows at 10 am and noon. And a circus skill workshop will be offered at 2:30. Adding to the festival atmosphere is a new venue—the Hub City Big Top—set up on Livingston Avenue in front of the State Theatre.
