The Hudson-based Vaudeville celebrities will be performing their juggling, bed of nails, broken glass dancing, and sword swallowing with a twist of slapstick. The Bindlestiffs will be presenting Mr. Pennygaff & Philomena's Cirkus & Sideshow, a kid oriented performance that romanticizes the heyday of vaudeville while adding a contemporary flavor of irony and silliness. Regardless of how old (or young) you are, you'll be amazed by the sword swallowing, tickled by the monologues in between set changes, and intrigued by the forgotten history of vaudeville. A preshow performance will be performed by the youth involved in the circus skill workshop.
